Sexual and Reproductive Health
Sexual and Reproductive Health are basic preventive health services that are key contributors to healthy families and healthy babies. Community Health Center of the Black Hills is dedicated to providing low-cost family planning education, reducing unintended pregnancies, as well as educating the community on how best to prevent sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Services are available for men and women of all ages.

Things To Consider
- You can get a sexually transmitted infection (STI) by having sexual contact with an infected person
- It’s possible to have an STI and show no symptoms
How To Tell If You Should Get Tested
- You’re sexually active
- You’re having unprotected sex
- You’ve had more than one sexual partner since your last test
- You’ve had an infection in the past
- You have symptoms
- You’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant
Testing recommendations depend on your lifestyle and risk level so be sure to talk with your doctor.
