We welcome patients of all ages, walks of life and levels of income, as well as patients with or without insurance.  

For the uninsured and underinsured, placement on a sliding fee scale determines a patient's cost for additional services. Some patients may pay as little as $15 per visit.  Please visit payment options for more information.
