   Patient Support Specialist

We are looking for a hardworking, compassionate, and driven individual to join our Patient Support Specialist (PSS) team! PSS are the first face-to-face contact a patient has in our clinic. So this person must have great customer service skills and a desire to provide patients with a positive and timely registration and check-in process. The ideal candidate works great as a team and is able to learn detailed tasks quickly. Shifts vary and PSS must be able to work Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Reliable transportation and the ability to make it to each shift is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all patients in a prompt, courteous manner.
  • Coordinates walk-in patients by arrival time.
  • Assists and/or completes patient registration and verifies all financial coverage's emphasizing third party enrollment and including any discount programs available through CHCBH.
  • Verifies patient insurance and works closely with billing staff.
  • Maintains communication with medical support staff regarding status of waiting patients and keeps all waiting patients informed of their status and projected time of service delivery.
  • Collects appropriate payment according to standards and completes payment plans with patients.
  • Maintains distribution and control of patient surveys concerning clinic services.
  • Schedules according to standard for all services and staff as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous clinic experience preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable transportation.

  PRN Pharmacist

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team! You will be responsible for dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners. This is a PRN position and the wage depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Compound and dispense prescribed medications
  • Advise physicians and health practitioners on the interactions and side effects of medications
  • Provide patients with pertinent drug information
  • Proactively review prescriptions for proper dosage
  • Supervise and maintain records of all medications

  Accountant

The Accountant provides support for the Finance Director to execute all the organization’s financial and accounting functions.  The Accountant will prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of CHCBH business daily.
