X-Ray Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic services limited to chest, extremities, GI, GU, skull and torso-skeletal.
  • Operate imaging equipment.
  • Position patients correctly.
  • Explain the radiology procedure to the patient.
  • Immobilize the patient as necessary.
  • Calculate exposure factors.
  • Practice radiation protection.
  • Evaluate radiographs for technical quality.
  • Maintain patient record in Electronic Health System.
  • Prepare supply orders and forward them to the Radiologist.

AR-Coordinator - Collections
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Focus on Billing Collections and Follow-up:
  • Follow collection policy and protocols set by CHCBH.
  • Follow up on accounts for timely payment (i.e. rebilling, calling, etc.)
  • Send accounts to collection agency accordingly and work with collection agency on settlement options.
  • Process bankruptcies.
  • Work with patients to set up payment arrangements to better maximize revenue.
  • Serves as back-up for patient contact on account status.

This position reports to the Billing Supervisor and closes 1/22/2016 at 5 pm MST; this position is Non-Exempt.

Dental Director 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Develops, coordinates and is responsible for organization and implementation of the dental program including scheduling, data collection, reporting statistics, and the evaluation of on-going processes and procedures.
  • Coordinates operations of all dental clinics for CHCBH.
  • Manages department budget.
  • Serves as a resource person for all staff and residents on dental issues.
  • Responsible for orientation of dental staff including dental students.
  • Evaluates performance of professional and auxiliary dental staff.
  • Directs the assignments of dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and other assigned staff for the program.
  • Supports continuing profession education and in-service training for department staff.
  • Serves as a role model for effective teamwork among staff and actively works to maintain positive morale and attitude.
  • Demonstrates responsiveness to staff concerns, keeps lines of communication open.
  • Determines personnel, equipment and material requirements for the oral health clinic.
  • Designates a responsible dentist who, in the absence of the Oral Health Director will ensure that policies, proper conduct and supervision of the Oral Health Department will be performed as directed.
